ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ នៅប្រទេសន័រវេស៍ ស្នើទៅនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីន័រវេស៍ (Norway) លើកឡើងពីការស្ដារលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៅកម្ពុជា នៅចំពោះមុខលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ក្នុងជំនួបដោយឡែកមួយ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអឺរ៉ុប-អាស៊ី។
លោក គង់ ស៊ីម៉ន, លោក ម៉ែន ណាត, លោក ឆាំ ឆានី, លោក វិរះ យេន, លោក អៀ ចាន់ណា និងលោក ចៅ ទុយ ជាតំណាងស្ថាប័នសមាគម និងសង្គមស៊ីវិលខ្មែរ នៅប្រទេសន័រវេស៍ បានសរសេរលិខិត ទៅកាន់ នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីន័រវេស៍ លោកស្រី អានណា ស៊ុលប៊ឺក (Erna Solberg) អំពីវិបត្តិដ៏ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ខណៈដែលលោកស្រី នឹងមានជំនួបដោយឡែក ជាមួយលោក ហ៊ុន សែន នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអឺរ៉ុប-អាស៊ី នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៨-១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ។
ក្នុងខ្លឹមសារលិខិត បានស្នើទៅលោកស្រី Erna Solberg ឲ្យលើកឡើងនៅចំពោះមុខលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ពីការស្ដារ លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យឡើងវិញ នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា រួមមានការដោះលែងលោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ និងអ្នកទោសមនសិការទាំងអស់ ឲ្យមានសេរីភាព ព្រមទាំងអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ទាំង ១១៨ រូប មានសិទ្ធិធ្វើនយោបាយឡើងវិញ។
លិខិតដដែល បានអំពាវនាវឲ្យរបប លោក ហ៊ុន សែន អនុញ្ញាតឲ្យក្រុមអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងសហជីពឯករាជ្យ បំពេញតួនាទី និងមុខងាររបស់ខ្លួន ដោយគ្មានការគំរាមកំហែង និងគ្មានការបំផិតបំភ័យ ដូចនៅសង្គមប្រជាធិបតេយ្យផ្សេងៗទៀតផងដែរ។
ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរនៅប្រទេសន័រវេស៍ បញ្ជាក់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលន័រវេស៍ បានជួយពួកគេ និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ឲ្យបានរួចផុតពីការគាបសង្កត់ ពីសំណាក់របបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងបានជួយពួកគេឲ្យបានក៏សាងជីវិតថ្មី នៅលើទឹកដីប្រទេសន័រវេស៍។ យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ពួកគេមិនអាចឈរមើលរបបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បំផ្លាញលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជាបាននោះទេ ជាពិសេសពួកគេ បារម្ភពីសុវត្ថិភាពក្រុមគ្រួសារពួកគេ ដែលកំពុងរស់នៅក្រោមរបបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលមានលក្ខណៈផ្ដាច់ការនោះ។ តំណាងពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ នៅប្រទេសន័រវេស៍ ជឿជាក់ថា លោកស្រីនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី អាណា ស៊ុលប៊ឺក នឹងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ចំពោះសំណើរខាងលើនេះ៕ (អត្ថបទដោយ CSCNews)

Dear Prime Minister,
We write to you as Cambodian-Norwegians as we are informed of your meeting with Mr. Hun Sen at the 12th Asia Europe Meeting Summit in Brussels on 18-19 October, 2018.
The 29 July election was considered not free, not fair by the people of Cambodia and by the world community. The Cambodia National Rescue Party-the only credible opposition was unconstitutionally dissolved. Mr. Hun Sen continues to rule as his party controls the total 125 parliamentary seats. Cambodia has gone back to a one-party state as during the Khmer Rouge years and the period when the country was embargoed by the world community.
We are sincerely hopefully that you will raise with Mr. Hun Sen the necessity to restore democracy in Cambodia by releasing the leader of the opposition, Mr. KEM Sokha and all political prisoners. All charges must be dropped so that they can resume their political rights and other fundamental rights. Furthermore, members of the civil society and independent trade unions must be allowed to perform their roles and functions without fear and intimidation, as in any democratic society.
As students, human rights activists and civil servants, we survived oppression and escaped threats by the regime of Mr. Hun Sen. We have been given the protection and full rights by the government of Norway to rebuild a new life for ourselves and for our children in our new home- Norway. However, we cannot stand by to watch the regime of Mr. Hun Sen destroy democracy and demonstrate total disregard to fundamental human rights. We fear for the safety and security of our family members in Cambodia under the one-party regime of Mr. Hun Sen.
